Bought to build as a gift for my mother who has a thing for VW campers. I am not new to model making, but having seen others struggle i prepped for a battle (1 I saw took nearly 2 hours to get done). using lego style fixings technically the whole thing should be glueless, heres what i found, it all fitted together in around 20 mins, not needing to ever dismantel it i used spots of thin glue (pva white glue would do but would slow build) along long seams and for roof, but parts fit lovely and snap fit works. instructions are simple and if followed in order are easy to use, parts are pre coloured or clear, decal as they are are peel stickers. end result is a good model of a VW 1965 camper with vinyl/rubber wheels. who is it good for ? VW FANS, Children or anyone either new to or inexperienced with model building, even experienced modellers looking for a break from the 500 + piece hyper detailed models they're used to. infact its a fun build for anyone from box minimum age to elders though if you have large fingers or arthritic knuckles I would suggest good tweezers for some fo the small parts and stickers. Verry pleased with kit and moms over the moon with the result.

You are always nervous buying somebody a Secret Santa gift, you never know if you got it right or horribly wrong and they said they were huge VW fans so I took the plunge and got this camper van.Seeing the end result fully built and his happiness at having the camper van made it all worthwhile, it looks fantastic and was very easy to build he said, along with his magnetic VW badges and chocolates he was utterly delighted and at a very good price, I'm happy that he was happy and would recommend this camper van as a gift for any VW fans.

I found the build a bit ‘temperamental’ at times, the finished truck was pretty good however. Would have given five stars, but for the awful stickers. Mine kept peeling off after only a few hours. A few dabs of Prit Stick sorted things out. Personally I’d have been happy to pay a bit more to have coloured plastic ‘lenses’ to simulate the lights. Not a bad buy though.

I Enjoy building it and hard fall and put back on take 1 hour and I want research look for lighting but no there

Average model for assembly, pieces mostly fit, just not 100%. Majority of the peices were scuffed, either in production or in transit, (maybe seperate bags instead of one). Not OK for display models, good for playing with. Won't buy this brand again.

We bought this for our littlest niece (4.5) for Christmas— she’s head over heels for VW bugs. Her sister (10.5) put it together for her with ease. It is perfect.

Bonne idée que ce concept de modélisme, qui présente l' intérêt de permettre de s' amuser en vue d' un résultat globalement acceptable. Le rendu final, pour le prix et l' échelle est acceptable. Quelques précautions à prendre (outre de bien étudier, malgré l' apparente facilité de montage, la notice avant de s' "emballer"...), d' autant que quelques étapes sont un peu plus ardues qu' il y paraîtrait au départ... Attention à la pression exercée sur l' ensemble, en particulier avec le montage du 2° étage, au risque de faire "sauter" certaines pièces du "bas" (sièges, parois,...). Il faut sécuriser en choisissant bien où et comment on exerce sa pression pour l' assemblage. Par contre, mauvaise surprise; une pièce de vitrage a été livrée en double, au détriment de la bonne, rendant la fin du montage impossible (pour l' instant, éspérant un retour du vendeur...). Bref, un produit interessant, mais il me semble utopique que le montage puisse s' opérer par un gamin à partir de 6 ans (+6) ...!

Tal como se ve en la foto, genial, no aporto fotos por qué fue un regalo, pero totalmente recomendable para regalo o coleccionista de este tipo de vehiculos
