IR Repeaterï¼Å’IR Remote Control Extenderï¼Å’Infrared Repeater System (4 Dual Head ir emitter)

I bought this due to the fact that I had hidden all of the infrared controls for my TV behind the TV.Unfortunately the IR did not make it through so I had to seek out a solution. TELUS had no idea what to do so I found this on Amazon and it did the trick perfectly. Just need to locate the eye on your tv box.

Did not function for a Rogers PVR Net Box configuration. Receiver was picking up the IR signal and the transceiver was lit up however the emitter was not sending IR to the PVR NetBox. Tried various positions over several hours but could not get the signal through to the PVR NetBox. It was disappointing. Purchased IR extender which was 1/3 rd the price and worked on 1st try.

Simple to set up. Works almost perfect. Unfortunately the Bell satellite receiver, model 9500, is not compatible. All my other devices work great. (Bell Canada is always difficult with playing nice with other toys in the sandbox!!)
