The 13-Storey Treehouse (The Treehouse Series, 1)

This is a great choice for lovers of Dog Man. It is a really funny book with great cartoon illustrations.

My grandson got this from the school library. He loved it so much I bought him one to keep. This book will encourage any child to read!

Purchased for my six year old to try and encourage independent reading. With a mixture of text and pictures these are a great stepping stone from more picture based books. The layout of the text - broken up with comic style drawings also helps hold the interest of the reader. This is a chapter book but the chapters are not overly long making them a great bedtime read. The real hit however are the story lines - my child literally laughs out loud at them. The humor isn't particularly for me not I'm not the target audience. Be warned that there is a whole series of them books so if the small person in your life likes this one you might find yourself buying the whole series!

My grandson loves these books. It is an absolute pleasure to share the joy, laughter and excitement he finds in these books. I would recommend these to anyone trying to encourage a child to read.

Beautiful book has a great storyline and quite funny I would recommend for people who like diary of a wimpy kid

Read to my 5 and 9 year olds. Both enjoyed in parts, but the story is pretty wacky and wasn't as good as I thought it would be for them!

These books are so imaginative. My kid gets them and cannot stop reading them until he is finished. They're so fun. I am so glad I found a series that he is interested in. They Really inspire him to read.

I was looking for a book to get my granddaughter into reading along with us, non we had nor bought caught her imagination…until this book…had her hooked from the first page , frantic search for a bookmark at bedtime & I can’t wait to come home from school tomorrow to finish it, I wonder what the gorillas will do ! ( I may just read it myself I’m intrigued !)…book number 2 arrives Saturday ! ….
