Very sturdy product
This is a very sturdy piece of foam to work on strengthening ankles and improving balance. It's hard to do at first, but with practice, it gets easier. Good price too.

Pad is better and firmer than PT's because it's new and not used throughout the day by many people
Came in perfect condition! Pad was also wrapped in a clear plastic bag in the box. Comes with a little booklet that shows you some exercises you can try.Got the size large which is perfect, as I only have PT exercises that require one foot on the pad at a time. Love it!

Works great
I bought this to help my puppy learn to keep his feet underneath him when he sits and lays down. Works great to help him use his hip abductor muscles and helps with preventing or lessening cow hocks. I know ots meant for humans, but this position board has many other uses. I highly recommend it.

Balance is key as you get older.
After 60 balancing is important so I do a 39 second balance on each foot!

Nonslip, very comfortable, good size. No knee pain when kneeling. I'd recommend this one!

GREAT PURCHASE
If you have knee pain that makes it difficult to kneel down - this is the best!! When that pill or ring fall and rolls under the table, or bed this makes it easier to kneel down and find it. GREAT PURCHASE
