AHOC 40cm Yellow Handmade Knitted Moroccan Large Round Pouffe Footstool Chunky Hand Knit Pouf Foot Stool Contemporary Living Room Cushion Seat (40cm, Yellow)

Ordered two of these two months ago into a household with two adults, no pets or children. Used mainly for decoration and a most to place feet on, never sat on or abused. Item is faulty and beads are coming out. Just spoken to company and told that it is outside the 30 day return policy. I would have expected a little better customer service, the item is only 8 weeks old and already not fit for purpose. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS ITEM DUE TO QUALITY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very fast delivery. Was expected in a week, got it by 2 days. On day 2 the knitting came undone, by day 4 the stitching came undone and escaped beans everywhere. Not very good put together in my opinion. Sitting here trying to stitch up what should have been done in the first place.

I bought this to accompany a similar one I bought in a shop ! Unfortunately within 4 months a rip occurred in the inner sac which cannot be accessed to to the knitted construction - I was able to return using a Label from the seller for free and the refunded me with no questions asked within days - I would still like another as they are fantastic foot rests and they massage your feet ;-)

Great value for money - we bought 2 in green - they've added a splash of colour to the room - sturdy enough to put your feet on or use as a stool to sit on - they are very lightweight though so really easy to move around. There was a problem with the first one and the company were extremely helpful and replaced the item ! Great price and product - really pleased with my purchase. !

Bought this as a foot stall and it surprised me how comfortable it is ! Also our new little addition to the family has owned it for herself !! Considering buying a second one

Really great quality product, the shade of green was not as pictured, it was darker, more of a leaf green. However this suited us and we held onto the two we had ordered.

Great colour. Good texture. Did got out of shape a bit when grandkids jumped on it but went back into shape after a little shaking and squashing. Good size.

At first I thought it was fantastic, however after 5 months of use sadly the material used inside to hold the balls that cushion the poor broke. We discovered it was due to a very cheap material literally a pound more on a slightly higher quality material would have made all the difference.
