This cleanser is lovely. You use it on dry skin then emulsify with water before washing off. My daughter is 13 and has typical teen combination skin. She's started using this with one of the Byoma face creams and occasional use of the clarifying serum and her skin is already much better in a week, she has less breakouts, her pores are clearing. Her skin is softer, less oily and in general looks much brighter. My daughter has many sensory issues and this has been great little to no smell, smells like a face cream with no scent if that makes sense. Thanks Byoma! Perfect addition to any skincare routine, great company ethics and few unnecessary/harmful ingredients.

Super easy to apply, lovely formula and it gets my makeup off easily. My skin has never been so smooth and glowy! Finally have the confidence at 30 to leave the house makeup free. Fantastic size for the money and really great quality packaging.

I did my research before buying and chose Byoma for its cruelty free principles and products. This cleansing balm does a brilliant job of removing facial make-up but, sadly, wasn't great at removing mascara. I don't wear heavy eye make-up and only two light coats of rimmel superlash, which isn't waterproof. After cleansing, my skin felt super clean and smooth but the panda eyes left behind took a lot if rubbing to remove. Eventually l gave up and resorted back to my old eye remover. My eyes were blurry and runny after cleansing and l found it difficult to use my phone or watch tv until l finally rinsed them for a third time. I will continue to use this balm but on my face only and use my old faithful eye cleanser to remove my eye make-up in future.

My face feels absolutely pampered after using this milky cleanser. It is part of my nightly routine after cleansing with an oil based cleanser first.It leaves my sensitive skin feeling nourished, hydrated, clean and best of all, a beautiful glow afterwards.

Fantastic cleanser, my youngest daughter (10) broke out in spots for the first time and nothing i bought helped at all. I thought 1 last try before i take her to the GP as it was starting to look like acne.She uses this morning and night and it is clearing up!! Will only be buying her Byoma products from now on as this seems to be perfect for her skin

Very nice feel, felt good quality, very smooth application, good size as shown online, great value for money. Wasn't expecting it to be as big as it was when I unboxed it!

I had high hopes for this as i really love oil cleansers and as the one i like best is far too expensive I have tried lots of different versions hoping to find a new and less expensive favourite. Unfortunately this is just not for me. It doesn't seem to have a nice oil/cream texture when i use it- in fact i find it rather dry and sticky even when using copious amounts. I also don't like the scent which is far too much like cooking oil. I give it three stars as it does work - removes my waterproof mascara and is easy to rinse off plus it is very inexpensive.
