ACDelco Professional 213-3457 Mass Air Flow Sensor, Remanufactured (Renewed)

Got it late yesterday and popped it in the engine and took it for a ride to see if it works or NOT. It works, and works as it should.I am 100% ok with refurbished electronics backed by warranty, and do try to avoid plastic parts for my car. But, at the same time I was a bit concerned about this part because of some of the feedback. I got a 1999 Suburban with a 454 in it, and the MAF was the original one from factory.I was measuring the MAF readings during a trip and the numbers seemed way off at highway speed (above 65 mile/hr) and it kept the fuel trim values above the 25% and kept tripping the CEL. I had no issues at lower speed, so the original MAF seemed out of calibration after 21 years (don't you hate electronics in a car?).Now the MAF readings look close to what I expected them to be and the fuel trim values dropped to 0% (as it should) and everything seems to be running right.Got a 2 yr. warranty on it, so I let you all know if I need to exercise that option or not.I merely wanted to put this feedback up for those who are a bit hesitant about getting this part, it worked for me very nicely.

Good looking part and is doing its job! Hopefully it will serve me a good while.

Bought this to replace the original from the 1998 Silverado. Refurbish quality was excellent, everything was smooth and clean and works as it should.

Don't waste your time buying a non Factory part get the original you'll be glad you did
