I dont have a retainer or dentures to clean but this does come with a nice case for them but this can be used for other things as well as long as they arent sensitive to vibrations.I have used this for jewerlly and money so far and it does a good job. Its only downside to that this one is designed for retainers so the capacity is only tiny so its only going to be suitable for small objects.Some people use different mixtures as their cleaning agent but i find that distilled water is good enough for most tasks.The process for cleaning is automatic, place the item in and press the button, it will clean for either 3 minutes or 6 which seems like enough time to remove dirt which isnt particularly subborn.id say this is worth the buy is the capacity is sufficient or you have a retainer.

The media could not be loaded.  Ordered this as like many who have braces I have to wear an over night retainer, before having this cleaner I used to have to hand clean the retainer every morning which over time does get very tedious. In the package I received the cleaner unit, a power cable, a small cleaning brush, a storage box for the retainer and the guarantee card. The cleaner is very well made and does look very stylish, it's a pure white colour, the charger is also a white colour too. It doesn't take up much room and fits into the palm of my hand.The inside of the cleaner is metal and is super easy to clean after use, just a simple wipe to dry it. The unit isn't too loud when in operation, it makes a small humming noise so if your a light sleeper put it in the spare room. I found only 15-25 mins to be more then enough to clean my retainer well.Great product would recommend.

Got it for my 14 years old daughter and here are her thoughts:- It cleans multiple items such as jewelry and retainers. There are two settings - a quick (3m) wash and a deep wash that lasts for 6m. The manufacturer recommends putting a towel on top of the cleaner while it is on as it will get wet and splash a bit (I didn't put it on the first time).All in all it does clean the retainers and saves you a bit of time performing this routine manually but the price point is on rather the high side.

This is perfect for my daughter’s retainer. She is very thorough and detail orientated with her oral hygiene so she likes being able to set her retainer for an ultrasonic clean at night whilst she brushes her teeth.I would recommend getting one of these when your teens come towards the end of bracing in preparation for retainers so they embed positive habits from day 1.

It may be intended for just cleaning surface contaminate off retainers and such, but its not a low quality product to be just limited to such.With a 70/30 Isoprponal/Water mix it worked wonders on a small PCB that I de-populated parts off with a large amount of fluxAs you can see with the before and after with the board suspended in the middle of the pool, it completly broke down the flux and left a perfectly clean surface with just a single 6min clean cycle after rubbing the bulk off before hand with a cotton bud, the result was a smooth sticky free surface.

I bought this to clean carburettor jets for my motorcycle, and it did a splendid job. I also cleaned a couple of rings and they came up beautifully. I recommend this as a good ultrasonic cleaner for small items in general. Seems pretty well made too :)
