What to do when you live in Seattle and you're housebound 24/7 due to coronavirus but need something to give you a giggle? Why - you order a hula hoop - even though you are well into the third decade of your life. This little number is priced just right, and snapped together so quickly, I was hooping in no time! I tell you what, for 10-15 minutes a day, I turn on Britney Spears "Work B*tch" and other bangin hits and just hoop in my living room. Improves my mood, improves my energy levels - and who knows - maybe I'll get abs. I'm not entirely hopeful of that, but the fun levels are good enough. 10/10 would recommend for any adults who need a fun pick-me-up. Also, the soft foam wrapping on it makes it extremely comfortable to hoop with.

This thing is super fun. I don’t know why people said it’s so hard. I’m a total novice and I get it. It does make getting a work out a lot more interesting, thow on some music and jam out. I also have a toddler who I got a little hula hoop for so it gives me an opportunity to work out and entertain him.

I had a c-section delivery nearly 4 months ago and I have been meaning to buy a hula hoop. I am 5'2" and 120 lbs now but my belly is still big after giving birth to a huge baby boy :D and I can't wait to shed some more pregnancy weight.This hoop is a little big in diameter for my size but still manageable. My daughter who is 4-inch shorter than me likes it too.

I am so happy I got this hoola hoop! I had one with those horrible ridges on the inside that practically bruised me every time I used it. This one is smooth and nicely padded, and the weight is just right so that I am still going strong hoola hooping at 25 weeks pregnant! Don't worry, I talked to my doctor about it first.It was easy to assemble, although i'm not sure how easy it would be to take apart if you so desired.

My sister hogged up the hula hoop. Now I have hide it and use it somewhere else. Ugh.

My daughter and I tried to hoola hoop at a store one day and we couldn't figure out why we couldn't do it anymore... I read up and I guess adults need a heavier hoop, so I got us each one for christmas, kind of being funny. However, low and behold it worked! We have all had a blast with it and I can see if you did it every day, you may get in better shape! super fun for the family. It very large tho, we hit tables, kids heads, the dog, etc... be careful

I haven't hula hooped in years, but heard this was a good way to move around a little bit and thought it'd be perfect whole watching TV. It's not all that weighted in my opinion...nothing too heavy. But I can really feel it after hula hooping for just 5 minutes. I've only used it a few days, but seems incredibly sturdy and I like the smooth interior. Read some reviews about hoops with bumps in them, so i chose this one. Very happy!

Maybe it's because I currently had a flabby stomach, waist 33 but no tone just flab and maybe that make's it not hurt or I don't use it long enough but I didn't have issues with discomfort. I'll edit review once the six pack comes in :)
