Star Trek: Light-and-Sound Tricorder (RP Minis)

Love bringing this out at conventions with my phaser it was a real nice prop to add to my Star Trek captain's cosplay

The item arrives with nothing on it. You have to place all of the stickers on the item itself. It’s not ready to go out of the box.

I dont care what anyone says. For the price, this thing is awesome. Im gonna be ordering another one for my son who also loves it.

Make sure to put on the stickers before pulling the battery tag. Overall, I love it! A must for all Trekkies.

I’m honestly surprised this has so many good reviews. It’s a cute little toy but it was a big disappointment. First of all, you have to place the stickers on yourself. And if you accidentally place it off center and try to fix it they will tear really easily. Also the plastic is really cheap feeling and when opening it you have to snap it in place so it stays open. The sound quality is terrible and you have to close it and open it again just to get it to make more noise. I honestly don’t understand why any toy is made this way. Just have the designs already on it and make it with sturdier plastic. Not that hard to do. And I know it says “mini” on it, but it was definitely smaller than I thought it would be. Overall, I would not buy this again nor recommend it to any fellow Trekies.
