Good kit
As a part time Voluntary National Park Warden who is mostly put to work trashing undergrowth on our Coastal Path, I was getting sick sore and tired of being stung ripped by brambles and assaulted by the likes of blackthorn. I wore these totally inappropriate cheap rubber palmed gardening gloves which to be fair were not designed for the work I just mentioned. So when I got the umpteenth splinter in my thumb and it took me the usual three days to get it out I decided to spend some money and get something decent. Well I have used them on three occasions now, and no splinters. may the Lord and BearHoHo be praised. One of my colleagues has already asked where I got them from and I assume he will be following suit. I am not saying these are stab proof but they are an enormous improvement on run of the mill gardening gloves.

But these BearHoHo's are the very best gloves I have chanced upon
I go through a lot of work gloves. Usually dumping then a few weeks or months after they fall apart or the finger tips wear through. But these BearHoHo's are the very best gloves I have chanced upon. Ever. It's not often that I would endorse a product, let alone a pair of gloves. Not even sure if they are guaranteed at all but if they do wear out, I will be negotiating a price for a new pair. Not convinced about the name though. But hey, who am I to advise on brand schizz.

Great quality, severely overpriced.
Do they look and feel nice? Yes.Are they worth the money? No.I purchased an almost identical pair from Screwfix (100% soft yellow leather) for £5.99 and they were the same quality as these. You can purchase other leather gloves from Screwfix for as little as £2.75 per pair, and the quality isn't much worse. So in sum, you can get the same great quality for a fraction of the price elsewhere. I returned mine.

Might as well burn your money then buy these
For what you pay for these i dont think they are worth the money. The inside of the fingers in the first week began to come away at the seams.I tried to tale care of them (as much as a work glove can be). I only used them in dry conditions and i use a waterproof pair of gloves for wet days.I used these glove as a HGV driver and i would say the only pro to these gloves are the toggle that keeps them tight to the hand. The cons, the stitching started to come apart after a week, the leather felt cheap and grease and grim start to get on my hands about a month in. The price is more expensive then the other competitors.I wouldnt buy these again or recommend them to anyone.

The Bees Knees.
Really comfy work glove, best ones I've had in quite some time.Made from good thick and strong leather which conforms to your hands after a couple of uses. They've kept my hands warm and dry so far as well as free from cuts, blisters etc.Highly recommended and will be ordering more.

Disappointed
I got a pair of these some time ago and used then for everything, they lasted a good amount of time. I eventually got a hole in one of the fingers where the leather wore out. I decided to get another pair of these as I had been so impressed the first time. Unfortunately the quality on the second set was very poor. I got a hole in the left thumb. It wasn't even on the palm side. It looks like a defect with the leather. Very disappointed.

Unfinished and improperly secured stitching
thick leather, pliable and comfortable, but every bit of stitching hadn't properly been finished and was just loosely sticking out at the end of the seams, good thing i spotted it before using them, either re stitch the last 5-8cm of the seams and properly knot the thread so it is secure, re stitch with dental floss as it serves as an insanely strong thread replacement, or if your lazy dab super glue over the stitches and along the stitching which i do not advise

Good quality working gloves
Use these for vol work with National Trust and in my garden and allotment. Have kept hands safe hauling brambles, hawthorn and blackthorn with only the tips of the most vicious thorns getting throughOnly small issue is the have a small hard plastic tag inside which I find uncomfortable but I just cut it out
