EDIT: After leaving the review for the metal brackets, the seller reached out and let me know that there is a 2-year warranty and offered a refund for the damaged brackets. With this level of customer service, I would order from this seller again. I would recommend opening and checking your product as soon as you receive and contact the seller with issues, rather than wait like I did and feel like you are now just "stuck with it" because you missed the return window.>>>ORIGINAL Review<<<All the metal wall brackets are bent... 6 for 6, bought 3 15" ones and 3 22" ones... all have the same problem. Causing the front of the shelves to lean downwards. Even before putting anything on them. Just the weight of the shelf has the front tipping. So disappointed. And I held onto them too long, so it is too late to return. :(

I was excited by the reviews on this product, but it would appear that the manufacturer has changed some things that negatively affect the install.Item 1. There is no longer a template included for the drill plate.I ordered the 15.7" width - perhaps that is the difference? Regardless, I was anticipating a nice, easy-to-use template with an adhesive backing that made drilling all eighteen of these pilot holes a whole lot easier. This was not included. Not objectively a terrible install process, but disappointing based on expectations.Item 2. While unboxing, the brackets were nearly impossible to extricate from the shelf body.The best way I figured out was to use a small chisel to wedge enough of a gap on each side to pull them from the shelf, evenly, with both hands.Item 3. The manufacturer did not invest heavily in translation services for the instruction guide. The only thing that threw me off for a minute was the install instruction for Wood Walls vs. Concrete/Brick Walls. I believe they mean installing into studs vs. installing into drywall, but you be the judge.Item 4. This is in no way a complaint - this is your opportunity to learn from my flub. If you install in a corner, be aware of any non-square areas of your wall. We have an old house, and I continually forget that I SHOULD NOT ASSUME that anything in this house will be square. Lost a tiny bit of paint, instead of measuring twice & installing once. This one's on me.Overall, they're clean looking shelves. The black veneer looks relatively wood-like, if you don't look too closely. I wouldn't put a ton of weight on the shelves if you're using drywall anchors - I didn't find anywhere that specified load capacity, but I wouldn't recommend storing your dumbbells on these. YMMV.Solid 4 star product.

The shelves went together and look lovely on the wall. They work exactly as advertised. However, you must be very careful to use the correct drillbit and if you do, then, there will be no problem with installation.

This is the second time I have bought this. The first time, the beams used for installation were full metal and held very well. The shelf itself was a little bit shaky, but it wasn't a big problem for putting 10-pound items on it. The quality of the shelf was good as well. The second time I bought these, which was yesterday, I was disappointed to find they had changed the material of the beams into a more mandible black metal. Although this wasn't a huge deal for me at first, it soon became an issue after I installed all the beams and prepared to slide the shelf in, one of the beam's arms was misaligned and didn't slide into the holes of the shelf. I had to use a hammer to push back the arm in order to align it. I hope the company reverts to its old steel beams. But apart from that, the shelves were good, especially for the price point.

Absolutely love these! The 2 part design makes them so easy to hang and get them level. Super sturdy once hung and definitely will hold the weight indicated.

These were the exact size I needed, the design is very nice and definitely sturday. The vaue is perfect for what the shelving is for.

So these shelves are pretty good especially for the price. They’re easy to install, they’re very clean looking and just over all cool the only downside is they don’t seem all that sturdy so that’s why I gave it 4 stars, they say they can hold up to 22 lbs but honestly I don’t think they can. As long as you don’t put heavy things on them you’ll be fine. Overall they’re great looking I do recommend them
