The Cable Matters 8 Pin GPU Power Cable is a 2-foot PSU cable that converts an 8-pin EPS/ATX male connector to a versatile 6+2 pin PCIe GPU connector. Compatible with Corsair Type 3 and 4 PSUs (excluding EVGA), it delivers stable, efficient power to high-performance graphics cards. Its durable braided sleeve and heat-shrink tubing ensure longevity and reliability, while the optimal length supports flexible, clean system builds.

Works perfectly to replace Y split GPU cable.
I needed another cable for my GPU, as I heard there were problems with the split cable that came with my PSU. It works just well and it functions as intended. The cable is made out of good material and it looks and fits perfectly. I didn’t have to worry about spending a lot on it either, so it was a good price for what I got.

Super nice, flat cable
Really nice, flat cable. I wish I would have bought more for my PC build. Very clean looking. I may replace some other cable, down the road.

Doesn't fit Corsair Type 4 power supply
I have a Corsair RM850x (uses Type 4 cables) and this cable will not connect to it. I'm connecting to the 8-pin EPS/PCIe connector on the PSU and it feels like one or two pins just won't fit (they all fit part way, but won't fully connect). And yes, I'm connecting the "PSU" side of the cable to the power supply, not the PCIe end.I tried multiple EPS/PCIe connectors on the power supply and none will fit the cable. My original Corsair cables fit all of them fine.

The quality looks good.
The quality of it looks good and it's what I have been looking for, can't seem to find it any where. Only question is from the pictures on the site and what I have seems different. One of the holes for the PSU have double wires in it and one of the other has nothing in it. My other ones don't look like this. Anyone else have this issue?

Not good for new tech or corsair and evga power not a good match.
I don't know if it was this product, my evga 750 gold psu, or if corsair is just a crap product. This cable did supply power (evedent from the corsair burning smell)and maybe it works great with older tech. I had to update to ILink because the old fans where discontinued. I'm returning this because I gave up and cave in to buy a new PSU corsair 850 gold. So if the 50 dollar hub burns out again then it will make me believe corsair is crap. If you're buying this for new tech or the ILink don't just buy a new PSU. If your old cable gave out then maybe it might be a good cable to replace an existing cable just make sure it has the same dual lines in that one outlet.
