This 3 inch diameter Round Patch is made of lightweight, heavy duty polyester fabric and then printed using Dye-Sublimation technology, so the graphic won't crack or fade like heat transfer or screen printing. The ink dyes the fabric fibers and the graphics look and feel like part of the patch and not just heat pressed on top. We then add hook Velcro brand backing that is both glued and sewn on to the patch.
