Fit like the old one.
It fit properly, and there's not a difference in quality between the old and new one. I docked a star only because they changed the dimensions of the block you write in, and made it shorter and thicker. A little bit awkward to write longer or multiple things in.

The title says black, but was the standard gray
It is the name brand product and works with the panel board I had installed on a project. The local supply house was unable to get this cover from Square D before inspection.
