Remote works for Pontiac Vibe 2003
Oh my gosh! I am so proud of myself. I am not a techie person but I followed the instructions provided by Cameron. Thank you for providing these instructions. The first two tries, I encountered problems activating the remote key but I realized I still had the broken remote attached to my keys. Once I removed the broken remote and placed it inside the house, it no longer interfered with the programming of the new remote control. I simply followed the following instructions which Cameron posted and amazingly the remote worked. Cameron's flawless instructions are:"The instructions provided were hard to understand but after a quick search, youtube provided much more clear instructions. Here they are so you don't have to search. 1. Start with the key out of the ignition, driver's door is open all others closed and locked, driver's door is unlocked.2. Perform these steps within 5 seconds. A. Insert the key into the ignition(Do NOT Turn) Pull key out. B. Insert the key into the ignition(Do NOT Turn) Pull key out.3. Perform these steps within 40 seconds. A. Close then open the driver's door. B. Close then open the driver's door. C. Insert the key into the ignition(Do NOT Turn) Pull key out.4. Perform these steps within 40 seconds. A. Close then open the driver's door. B. Close then open the driver's door. C. Insert the key into ignition and leave it in ignition. D. Close the driver's door. E. Turn the ignition to ON (Do NOT Start) then back to OFF. F. Remove the key from the ignition.5. Within 3 seconds, the power door locks should lock then unlock automatically indicating successful entry into programming mode. Return to step 1 if the locks do not cycle at this point.6. Perform these steps within 40 seconds. A. Press the lock and unlock buttons on the remote simultaneously for 1.5 seconds. B. Immediately after letting go of the lock and unlock buttons, Press the lock button by itself and hold for 2 seconds. Within 3 seconds, the door locks should lock and then unlock once indicating successful programming. If the door locks cycle twice, repeat steps A and B in step 6 as the remote was not accepted. C. Repeat steps A and B in step 6 for each new remote.7. Open driver's door. "

It works!! Saves me HUNDREDS lol
Purchased this for my 2003 Toyota Camry and programming was SO easy- literally programmed it in under 5 minutes. Lock, unlock and the panic button all work fine but the button to unlock the trunk does not. To me it is still a great deal- the Toyota dealership quoted me $300 for programming a key fob so this is a win in my book lol. I just received this in the mail today and so far it is working well. Will update should anything change..

2003 Toyota Matrix - Instructions easy to follow, works perfectly
So here we are, SIX years later. How's the remote?lol, AWESOME! I purchased it May 16, 2018. Daily use, the labels rubbed off, and the "panic" button never seemed to work, but I never had to use it.The battery had finally started to die, I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. I mean, six years...but then I realized I could switch the battery out, so today I bought it a new battery and swapped it out. It didn't lose the memory, it's still keyed to the car fine.Funny thing, I guess the board was shifted or the panic button didn't sit fully on the switch inside, but now my panic button works great too.See you in another six years!Original review:Worked like a charm. I got it today, and it took a couple of tries to get the sequence just right. The automatic impulse is to shut the door. Ignore your impulses. You start with the door in the open position (for mine, 2003 Toyota Matrix) then proceed with the steps.I had seen some processes online like 20+ steps...This was only 5 steps total and boom, I'm walking away with a working remote for my car. Thanks!!

1999 Camry LE: Didn’t Work But Reordered a Different Product
Did not work with my car (1999 Toyota Camry LE) even though the product description said it did. However, I’m not going to give them 1 Star in this instance. The Key Fob appeared to be good quality and the instructions were correct for my car. After trying to connect the Key Fob for a couple of hours; I finally discovered that the 1998-1999 Camry’s that have the “ RS3000 Security System” installed can only connect to a Key Fob specifically programmed to connect with that receiver.I’m not going to blame the seller for this, a 1999 Camry without the security system most likely would have connected right away. Even in the original manual for my car it does not mention this, Amazon also had it wrong.Returning this Key Fob, and ordered a different Key Fob from this seller that is designed to work with the “RS3000 Security System”.I mostly blame Amazon, when you type in the model and year you get flooded with hundreds of different sponsored Key Fobs that aren’t even close to what you’re looking for. Don’t trust the “Will this work with my car” feature either.

Easy Peasy
The remote came packaged with a card that directed me to their website. Following the 3 steps listed on the card, I was able to locate the directions for programming the remote for my car's specific make and model. I printed out the instructions which were concise and clear. I followed the instructions and because I wasn't nimble enough to push the correct button on the remote the first time, I had to do it all over again. The second time was perfect and only took a couple of minutes at most.NOTE: Once you program a new remote, your other remote(s) will also need to be programmed. In other words, programming a new remote deactivates your old remote. So have them all handy and do them in one session. My car is a 2002 Toyota Camry. This worked perfectly. I was down to only one remote, so it is great to have this new one. I think the price of the remote was very reasonable.
