Very good price for good quality

I've been taking these for maybe a week now, so don't have much to say (yet) of how effective these are, but I'll update this review after a month or so and add comments on how I'm feeling (UPDATE BELOW).For now, I can still confidently say this: these are a very good price for an entire year's supply. Nutravita does some pretty good stuff and based on the other reviews, these definitely are one of the best multivitamins in terms of value for money.Only downside is that they smell and taste pretty unpleasant. They have a weird salty flavour, so you gotta swallow them quick to avoid that and especially the lingering aftertaste. I wish the flavour was more neutral.UPDATE 01/11/2021So I've been taking these for nearly a month now, and they're not a miracle drug by any means - I mean, they're multivitamins - but I can feel a positive effect. They help me feel less tired, and since I do intermittent fasting and am trying to lose weight, I've noticed these in combination with ACV capsules have made my weight loss more stable and consistent. My skin is also the clearest it's probably ever been, which is something I didn't expect!The slightly awful taste is less awful now that I'm more used to taking these, but it's still there. And I wish these had more vitamin D - I'm taking a vit D supplement with these now that the days are getting darker. But definitely, absolutely worth it regardless!UPDATE: After 2 months, I'm still taking them, but I noticed that keeping them in a pill box makes the capsules turn dark and spotty, AND they become slimy? I don't know why this happens but I threw out the slimy capsules and won't be keeping them outside the bottle again. Not sure if mine are a weird batch but luckily I got a full refund for them.

They are nice and contains pretty much all you need, but I like to take a few others.If you leave them out such as in a pill box sorter/dairy/organizer they seem to oxidize a lot and turn yellow then with blackish dots.

Good multivitamins and a good value. Easy to swallow. I have reordered.
