Absolutely loved the rich aroma and authentic taste of Gir Organic Pure Ghee. It has a perfect grainy texture and adds amazing flavor to my food. Feels pure and traditional, just like homemade ghee. Definitely a staple in my kitchen now.

I had ordered this Gir Organic A2 Cow Ghee (500ml) pack on 3rd of January, 2021. I was satisfied with the PACKAGING. It was perfect. The TEXTURE of the ghee was liquid that time and it was about 11' Celsius in Kolkata. So the Ghee was liquid when I received it. But after 2 days I noticed it was getting thick as I experience with normal ghee (aashirwad ghee) during winter but still it was not in solid state, it was still near liquid state in winter. I thought of consuming it after 2 months. I started consuming it since March first week and I was surprised to see that the Gir Organic Ghee was thick as Vanaspati in texture when it was 32' Celsius in Kolkata. I had to heat the ghee bottle of Gir Organic to transfer it into another bottle. I have attached few pictures and 2 pictures with half empty bottle is the picture taken in March while the other 5 pictures were taken in January when it was in liquid state. So it's quite surprising that, in winter the ghee was in liquid state as I always used to check it's texture but when summer came the texture became SOLIDIFIED just like Vanaspati, I TILTED the bottle 90 degree but still the ghee was not moving easily as seen in the picture. I am literally confused now whether it's really worth it's price or it's not. Because I never saw ghee getting SOLIDIFIED in summer. Due to such experience I'm unable to provide a good rating to it until I get sufficient evidence regarding it's texture. The taste, it doesn't have any taste but just smells like ghee and it has the grainy TEXTURE. If u apply it on ur skin then u will notice it's very very very greasy in texture and u may need to wash ur hands twice or thrice to clean it from ur hands otherwise u will feel the greasy texture on ur skin. So I'm just confused with the texture even if it's ghee only.

A pure A2 ghee worth the price, having omega 3 and many more health benefits, must buy it.

It is ok, not great value for money, and very expensive, but it has a sweet taste, and I think it is overhyped; will I buy it again? no i wont. i rather buy from local templethe ghee is very thin but has a sweet taste, but the sweet taste feels fake. like i have tasted many ghees, and this one was not the flavor i have hoped compared to the price.but its much better than commercial ghee u find in supermarkets.

This ghee came in a good glass and outer packaging. It is rich in taste, texture and aroma. It elevates the taste of the dish cooked in this ghee. Doesn't have any synthetic or artificial fragrance to it. A good one with numerous health benefits.
