Is this made in U.S.A?

I no longer have the original packaging - however I do not believe this is Made In The USA. My older Irwin Vise-Grips are clearly stamped "Made In USA" - however these newer ones are not. Nonetheless, this is a great product, nothing else works as well for flair nuts.

How well does it work on round fasteners? I have a hex nut that is damaged to a point that is round.

the teeth on the jaws will grip most nuts but you might have to cut the nut to an oblong shape if the first does not work

What is the smallest size nut this will grab?

Mino, Hello and thank you for your question. Jaw capacity is 1/4"- 9/16" (7 mm - 14 mm) so 1/2 or 7mm depending on SAE or metric.
