THE best material for absorbing ground to foot/knee/hip impact. Period
Professional runners use them for a reason. i've used them for 30+ years. nothing i've found absorbs impact from the ground better than Sorbothane. if i wear shoes without them for a week or so, my knees start having runner's knee pain. i was a runner for many years. they also last me 3 to 5 years.

Greatest kept secret
Have never heard of the product and just wasn't finding what I needed. These are soft, comfortable and not too thick for shoes. Best I have found so far. Others are either too rigid too thick or not comfortable.

Complete game changer
