How long does this thing last? Say I have 40 crickets in a container, how many gels would I need to feed them in a given week?

You just keep about a spoonful in the container at all times when starts to dry up just add a little bit more. It should last 40 crickets a couple of weeks or more. A jar last me a couple of weeks with 2000 crickets in my container

Will this work for Dubia roaches?

I believe it will work for any insect. I have it for some butterflies too. This is fortified with calcium.

no its not supposed to smell like rotten eggs. Its supposed to smell like fresh cricket quencher

If this starts drying out can you add water and rehydrate it?

I put it in the fridge and have never had an issue of it drying out
