Bought this as I’ve tried most things, was very surprised, it took the pain out of my shoulder and arm and hands very quickly.

Easy to use with no need for a freezer! This product works by using a menthol technology instead of actual frozen products. Easy to store and carry around if needed too. Would definitely recommend

I personally have used this for back problems over the last 10+ years.Easy to applyInexpensive for how well it works for me. Menthol type fragrance but not unpleasant.Dries quickly and helps with pain relief.Follow instructions.Donot use on private areas.Would recommend.

Followed the instructions however they don’t stick properly and slip around. Ok if you’re not moving but otherwise will have to use tape to secure patch in place.The product itself is good I would say it gives about 2 hours max feeling cold. Does give some pain relief but for a short time.

These cold patches are easy to use, there's no mess at all, very discrete and they have been effective for my when I've tweaked my back problem.The box contains a foil pouch which is resealable with grip seal. The pouch contains 4 patches which are the size of an old fashioned postcard. They smell quite menthol but this isn't so noticeable once the product is applied and under clothing.Each cold patch has a soft backing, very flexible and a very sticky side with a clear plastic film. You peel off the film and apply sticky side down to the effected area. They are very sticky and stop in place though for me near thebase of my spine and figeting a lot I do use a little surgical tape just to stop the edges/corners from curling as they brush against clothing.The directions say the cooling effect will be felt quickly (yes it can) and can last up to 3 hours. You can then apply a new patch as required up to a maximum of 4 patches in one area one after another.When you're finished you just throw the patch away - unfortunately not very eco friendly as not seemingly recyclable.As the patches are very flexible they mould to the shape of the area but it also means it's easy to get it stuck to itself. You can then peel it back apart but it does help me to have assistance or use a mirror when applying to my back! After removing a patch I stuck it to my hand and it form perfectly around my fingers and knuckles taking the shape it was applied to.I've used these patches twice now after making a movement that has given me that "Uh oh" moment where my back has pulled. I apply on the source of where I know the injury has occurred and I'm confident it has helped greatly to ward off the injury getting a lot worse.What I love is how convieniant they are. They're lightweight, will slip into a bag pocket easily without getting damaged or being bulky and you can grab one easily without sprays or gels or any kind of mess. Great for someone like me with a debilitating chronic illness as it used far less energy. Hoping they bring out a value back at some point to ease the cost but I will be buying them again.

Firstly my order came a couple of days early so that was fab. The pads are very easy to use it was really cold when I put it on. I wasn’t sure what to expect I thought it would make my shoulder really cold but it didn’t. It’s kinda weird the menthol in it makes it nice and warm just feels strange that it’s warm when I thought it would be cold it seems to have worked well had it on a few hours. I like the fact you can put it on your skin the heat patches I’ve used go on clothes. I will defo buy some more.
