Great for using high B12
Capsules are not huge! I take a high dose methylated B12 and folic acid that I have not found in a standard B complex. This lets me do what my neurologist suggested and my B levels are now normal. No burping from B6. Its great. My bloodwork proved it.

Love that you can customize these B vitamins!
I love these B vitamins! I have issues with low energy and these take me from laying in bed to decluttering my closet. I also feel much happier with better focus.I also take B12 for my specific genes and folinic acid to make it complete. I love that Seeking Health let's us customize. Methyl B12 is great if you need it but an invitation to anxiety and feeling gross if you don't. These vitamins let me customize to my needs.

Great product!
We have been looking, for years, for a B-vitamin that we can tolerate. We have MTHFR polymorphisms in my family (where folic acid doesn't convert very well to folate, and it competes with folate in the body), so we can't use a regular multi with folic acid. On top of that, we seem to be sensitive to methylation (methyl B-12 seems to overwhelm us). We've also discovered sensitivity to the normal form of B6. Can you tell we're fun at parties??That being said, Dr. Lynch has really done the MTHFR community (or for anyone who is really sensitive to drugs or vitamins) a huge favor in coming out with this product. It seems safe for those on restricted diets (no gluten, dairy, etc.). The pills are the type where you can actually open them and make the dose smaller if you have empty capsules at home (you can buy them for this purpose).I've been taking these for three weeks and am very happy with how my body tolerates them. I tend toward overmethylation on methyl b-12 and methylfolate. No jittery feeling. Very nice. Another family member (who is likely undermethylated) indicated itching after taking them, possibly from the niacin, as it's not the no-flush form.

Great folate free b-vitamin, but WOW that Niacin flush
This is perfect for what I need except that there is more niacin than needed. Be aware that it can cause a real flush. Harmless, but annoying.

Let's you pick the B12 you do best with.
I LOVE this product for giving me the basics, but letting me pick my B12 and a couple of others. For those of us with DNA issues to address, this is perfect. And it doesn't trigger my FODMAP reactions either.

Way to strong be careful
Waaaay too much thiamin had really bad reactions. If you’re sensitive like most histamine people are I’d be very careful with this one.

Great products by a reputable company
Great products by a reputable company. My wife has the MTHFR genetic defect which began cascading into numerous health issues, auto-immune problems. I knew nothing about this several months ago, and honestly not one of her doctors (even fairly open-minded functional medicine doctors) could help her. After she researched Amy Yasko and Dr. Lynch she has been on a path to recovery. Certainly, Dr. Lynch's work (of Seeking Health) has helped tremendously, and these vitamins are designed specifically for people with her health issues.I also began taking Seeking Health vitamins and I noticed a pick-up in energy and I no longer need that afternoon nap which was almost mandatory to make it through the day. I now believe using the correct type of B Vitamins are essentially to thrive.I have to comment on one interesting side note from taking these vitamins as well. I have naturally lost my taste for alcohol. I did not have a problem with it. I certainly enjoyed 2 or 3 glasses of wine or beer with dinner maybe 4 or 5 times per week. But taking B vitamins have eliminated my desire. Strange? It's the only thing that has changed in my diet.
