I should have known better than to buy an off brand one, but thought it was worth a shot. This broke almost immediately the first time we used it.

You get what you pay for. This inexpensive attachment broke the FIRST time I used it. One of the red “velvety” strips came off in two or three passes on couch cushions. The whole thing snapped into two pieces minutes later.

This thing fell apart the second I tried to use it. The red lining is completely off and the actual brush head comes off everytime I try to use it.

Purchased for stairs. When brush removed, the red material which helps capture hair, etc just peels off. When attachment is stored onboard machine, brush part keeps falling off. This happened the first time I used item. I unfortunately purchased two of these. Same problem with both! DO NOT BUY THESE!!!

Good thing this wasn't OEM or I'd have even less faith in Shark's attachments. At least the head could be coaxed back on, unlike the one that came with the vacuum that this was ordered to replace.

Although this item fit the hose of my shark vacuum perfectly the head of the tool is constantly coming off from tool when I attempt to vacuum the stairs of my home. It’s really more trouble then it’s worth. Would not buy again

I like the fact that we can get replacement parts at a reasonable price.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $! WHILE TGE ATTACHMENTS LOOK AUTHENTIC, THEY ARE NOT. THE CREVICE TOOL SLIPS AND THE BRUSH CONTINUALLY POPS OFF. VERY FRUSTRATING. I ACTUALLY HAD TO DUCT TAPE THEM TO KEEP THEM ON.
