Long Hair Needed
I get the idea of what it is supposed to do but as other reviewers have said you need fairly long hair to start with. I might need to wait a while for that but worth ago for the price paid.

Useful for tapering on home haircuts
This is a useful home haircutting aid.Hubs cuts his own hair with clippers and always misses some on that back bit. This comb allows you to comb upwards from the nape of the neck and then clip what you capture. It solves the odd tuft that usually gets left till its pointed out.You cant get it wrong and cut from the wrong side as the comb teeth are only open on the correct side.I suppose you could do the sides too with it though you probably would need to have someone else doing the cutting and it wont do around ears very easily due to its depth and length.I do mine short in the summer and will likely use it too just for that last back tapering.I like that it has been well finished, smooth everywhere so you dont scratch your scalp when using it.No snaggy spurs or uneven teeth spacing and the handle is long enough to hold and allow you to line the comb up properly.Useful for either clippers or scissors over comb.
