This was a first time purchase from this brand-company. No stomach issues. The size is small and fits well in my daily vitamin stack. Item seems to be good quality. Just make sure if you’re taking a dosage this high that you get your bloodwork done within a couple months or so to make sure you aren’t overdosing.
