Taste is off and they seem old

These arrived today 7/20/2025 and are labeled with a best before date of 12/2026. Many of the candies have a white coating and taste like they have been partially melted then resolidified. Their taste is off as a result - I would not buy or recommend!!

Substandard Milk Duds

Poorer quality than when purchasing the standard 5 oz theater size box. The package appears to have not been stored appropriately. The small boxes contain 4 milk duds each. 9 of the small boxes had the entire chocolate coating totally discolored. Three more boxes contained one or two discolored milk duds. Tasted one discolored one and noticed a taste change.
