I have one of the neck fans from Torras with the cooling plates and was a big fan of the technology. This personal cooling fan has the same type of solid state peltier cooler integrated and it can serve a unique feature. I have played around with peltier coolers for years and enjoy finding them integrated into useful products. The cooling plate can get very cold in a few seconds as I checked with a thermal camera, 30-40f below ambient which is impressive for its small size. The heat gets rejected to a heatsink hidden in the fans air path. It shows that a lot of though went into the design of the cooling plate and it was not just an gimmick or afterthought.It should be good for quickly cooling hotspot or burns on your skin. It feels good on a hot forehead. I have not had a change to test it yet in the summer heat, but I can tell even at lower speeds it should cool nicely. I mostly use it below 30% fan speed and the airflow for the amount of noise is great. Even the lowest fan speed moves a ton of air. The battery seems to last a good amount of time and can even run just the fan when plugged in. the color is also very nice. It blends in well and isn't overly flashy. The size also makes it easy to fit in a bag or store in my car's center console to keep it with me when I need it.My only suggestions for improvement would be with the charging time and ability to use the cooling plate while charging. This is due to battery protection but would be great if they figure out how to make it work safely.

My wife and I have a couple of neck fans from TORRAS but I really love the TORRAS Coolify iva, it’s just different from any handheld fan I have used. It is small, quiet, lightweight and very powerful. This easy to carry fan can go with you anywhere and cool you off instantly. That's right, instantly because it has the Torras Coolify technology that will actually cool the air it blows. It’s like a hand held air conditioner and I love it. The fan is perfect for any occasion because the battery will run for hours on a single USB-c charge. It just clips to your backpack, purse, or luggage for quick access.

I live in Arizona, a state with a very hot climate. The use of cooling and air movement tools is very important. The Coolify Iva does not disappoint.To start, the packaging was very solid. The fan was very well protected and all items needed to run the fan were organized very efficiently in the box.The fan itself is a very nice tool. Its construction feels very solid, not cheap or flimsy. The fan motor is very powerful for the size of the unit. I have used it indoors for extended periods of time and it has done a great job of moving the air and cooling me efficiently. Other fans that I have used do not last very long while I feel the Coolify Iva will be around for a while.The battery is also very solid. The unit charged quickly and battery life is substantial. I am still cooling myself from the first initial charge of the fan. The controls are very straight forward, making the fan easy to operate.Finally, the cooling technology contained in this fan is impressive. No matter how hot the Arizona sun is blazing, the cooling pad on the fan cools down in seconds when the cooling button is pushed. It compliments the fan nicely and in combination with the fan, makes the Coolify Iva fan a complete cooling package.I only have 2 suggestions regarding the fan.First, the fan is a little noisier than other fans that I have used. Where I am using this fan, noise does not really matter, but if someone wanted to use the fan in the office, or in a movie theater (or any other place that requires a quieter atmosphere), the fan may cause unwanted attention. Given the fan’s positive attributes, this is a non issue for me.Second, I am not able to find any type of case or protective and convenient way to travel with the fan. If this were something that existed (like for your other products), I would buy it instantly.

This handheld fan has a lightweight design and is solidly made, giving it a high quality feel. The wind power is surprisingly strong. A noticeable coolness can be felt when holding the fan close to your face. The noise is well controlled in the lower gears and comfortable to use; it is slightly noisier in the higher gears, but this is acceptable considering the strong wind power. Overall, this fan is practical and gave me a good experience, perfect for daily use or carrying around.

This handheld cooling fan is the closest thing to a portable hand held Air conditioner that actually blows cooler air. It has a cool button that turns on a component inside the fan that actually makes the air that passes through the fan significantly cooler, similar to walking by an open door to a air conditoned place in the summer, or opening a refrigerator door, & standing in front of it, but not as cool as an actual air conditioner for an interior.For the size, weight, & portability its amazing, & it looks like a really high quality. It has a a ring for a lanyard that can be used also as a stand. I have used for a couple hours at a time on the lowest setting, & didn't have to charge it until the 3rd day, so it has a really long life battery with a battery % indicator, & it charges with the standard USB-C. Its a high quality fan that I would recommend for its functionality & value.As far as the fan speed & how it functions, it has 5 speeds. I only use it on the lowest setting as the highest setting does blow a whole lot more air, & could be used in situations like maybe blow drying hair. The controls are easy, it has a lock switch so it doesn't accidentally turn on.
