Given that it is marketed as "high sodium," it is clear that this is extremely salty and would not be suitable for someone who must restrict their consumption of salt. Even though I don't have to worry about this, I still wouldn't use this until absolutely necessary because I don't like regularly absorbing that much extra salt. However, this would be beneficial following a demanding workout. It tastes okay, but because of all the salt, it's pretty mild. Although I wouldn't choose to drink it on a regular basis, I can tolerate the flavor for rehydration.

Electrolytes are good picker-upper to restore your energy and vitality. I love the mixed flavours and you have the option to mix it to the consistency that you want. I mix mine in my water bottle and just stick it in my bag for work. They are a saviour in the hot days coming. Quite a good buy for the price, I recommend this for instant rehydration.

Was looking forward to this, it does taste like watermelon but after a while you can taste the salt or sodium more and don’t sit well for me. Might have to go half and half or mix with other gym content to help diluted.

Definitely good. Helps a lot with hydration. Have 4 different flavors that all taste good. It says per instructions to use it on 12 oz bottles but I did use it on larger bottles and felt exactly the same and didn’t lose any flavor. Highly recommend especially if you drink lots of water.
