This week I just started taking 2 of these right when I wake up and I feel like I noticed an immediate difference in my energy levels that remained pretty consistent throughout the day and my workouts don’t feel so devastatingly hard. So I’m feeling pretty confident about continuing to take them. I know it’s early so could be placebo but I didn’t realize how actually fatigued I’ve been in general before taking these so might be worth a shot to continue to try them out.

I started with 1/2 dosages of this supplement. Take meds, wanted to make sure no interaction, plus the cost. Gummies are quick/easy. With last massage was told my muscles feel different... intetesting for only change was taking this product. We will watch any progression.
