MTG Card Sleeves - Limited Edition Textured Matte: Magic The Ring - 104 CT EDH Commander Sleeves for Magic The Gathering

Picked these up for my Saruman commander deck, having gotten the Ugin sleeves previously and been happy. These are just like those functionally, perfectly suited to the task. No defects were noted in any of the 104 included sleeves, so a few extra in case of loss or damage. Sleeving was no problem, but be aware that these are definitely single sleeve only so double-sleevers (which I'm not) should look elsewhere. The fronts are plenty clear and the backs matte; they've done a great balancing act with the textures as the deck is grippy enough not to be difficult to stack, but also smooth enough that it's not overly difficult to shuffle with cards sticking to one another. The print is high resolution and very clear. No issues and can recommend.

They smell bad, and they are flimsy.The smell is like cheap plastic or tape. Working with the sleeves, I did not smell them, but sniffing them directly I did. I also noticed the smell when I first opened the packet. The smell is also left on the card put in the sleeves.And these sleeves are flimsy. It was easy for me to pull the seams apart. And when I was removing the cards, one card popped thru a seam as well. It is good there are 104 sleeves, because now 2 are ruined!The bottom of the sleeves show a white edge that is unattractive. There are also stringy bits of the material coming off the edge. I worry that too much stringiness will weaken the sleeves.The good: the clarity of image is nice. And I am a clarity snob. The image is cool looking, especially for a LotR commander deck.Also they side shuffle and stack well. I dropped the card in a stack on each other and they didn't slide. That is useful for a tall deck like commander.These cards can be used if you really like the image. Otherwise, the quality is not worth it.

The decal on these was coming off on the edges, I could see it in the package and when I removed it there were little strips of the decal all over the sleeve, for the price tag on these I didnt expect such poor quality. You can see whitening on the edges of the sleeve where the paint came off. These also have a slight lip on the see thru side of the sleeve that you can easily feel meaning it can catch on other cards and isnt what I would expect from a sleeve. Hard pass on this one until quality control is actually performed.

Looks great but smells very strongly of plastic/ink/chemicals and were ~4mm taller than they needed to be (you decide if that's good/bad for you).

Decent set of sleeves. I like the artwork. They came in two packs of 52. They had a bit of smell to them when I took them out so I don't want to put my cards in them right away. The edges are curled down but that is pretty common for cheap sleeves. They do have a decent feel to them. Face is glossy and the backs are matte. They should shuffle decent.

Beautiful, vibrant and durable. Snug fit whether you're using these as the only sleeve or with inner sleeves, strong *snap* feel and stand up to even vigorous shuffling. Great for any LotR fan who also plays TCGs. Love that they come with some extra sleeves for tokens and game markers.

These sleeves have a very nice texture, and bright vivid colors. They handle the snap test well that even Kibler couldn't bust open a corner as he flicks the cards betwixt themselves. Perfect graphic for a LOTR fan who plays MTG which is timely since they just did the Universes Beyond. I love that it comes with a couple of extra sleeves for either tokens or the ring etc.
