It helps me sleep better and for digestion
Lately, I had difficulty sleeping at night and a little constipated, but since I started taking this, it easier for me to poop and my sleeping habit has improved. I just take 2 caps everyday since when I took 4 caps at first I had a diarrhea. And one of the side effect of it is diarrhea if you take magnesium more than the amount needed. But taking 2 caps every day is fine with me so I think that how much my body needs for magnesium

一粒胶囊含有350mg的镁，治疗胰岛素抵抗和多囊一日推荐剂量是200-400mg，这款的剂量有点高了…我吃过一整粒，没过多久就会特别困，又试过只吃半粒，把粉末倒在水里服用，会有些困，程度刚好，能助眠但又不会太强力。但兑水喝一股鱼腥味，难以下咽，现在有点不知道怎么继续吃
