I had nose surgery, couldn't get my face wet in the shower, and this shield works great! For added protection, I wore a regular COVID face mask underneath the shield. Nothing ever got wet.

I rarely write reviews but this product really helped me out after some facial surgery that prevented me from getting the bandage on my face wet for a week. It does NOT leak at all! You can adjust the band to make it as tight as you need to. Then the shield angles way out away from your face so that any water that hits it from the shower trickles off far away from your face. I was thankfully able to take a shower every day and shampoo my hair with no water getting through at all. I highly recommend it for anyone who must keep their facial bandages dry. Excellent product for sure!

nice but late for me

I get my eyebrows microblaided at least once a year. And if you have ever you know that the most important thing to do is not get your brows wet while they heal which is 14 to 21 days my tech advises. Well that’s not an easy task at all so this makes it so effortless. I was previously using then other shields that stick on your forehead (or shall I say don’t stick on your forehead). I couldn’t wait to get these in the mail and mightI add shipping was fast-2 days!!! I used it straight out the box to shower and got no wet brows. Tomorrow I will wash my hair that’s the true test in my opinion! This is something spectacular…well for me it is!!!

So, I have a genetic disorder that messes with my joints, and specifically attacks my spine. So I really needed something to keep the water off my face when I wash my hair, since tilting my head back leads to neurological issues and pain. I really just wanted one of those shower face shield things for kids but alas, they don't seem to make them in adult sizes.Enter this product.It looked good, I was excited, but when I went to try it in the shower there was no way to fasten it tight enough to keep the water out, and during the attempt, the velcro or whatever got snarled badly in my long hair. I got it to work -- by pressing it firmly against my forehead and keeping my hand there, which was painful. I guess maybe if you have short hair it might work, but good luck getting it tight enough.

Worked great to keep water off of my face. However, it made it hard to wash my hair where it connected in the back and it was uncomfortable on my ears.

Pros: Protects eyebrows from getting wet, less stressful taking a shower.Cons: Hair snagging , Storage box is difficult, over priced and shipping is cheaper when buying directly off the companies website.Used for: Microblading eyebrowsGot the product in a black long round box with the face shield rolled up inside. The box was hard to open and thinking I wish it came in a better box that had a screw on and off lid to make it easier and have a box I can reuse. The box got damaged when I struggled to put the lid back on and it remains lid less. Pulled the product out the box and noticed a crease in the clear plastic part on the shield that was not huge, but noticeable. I was a bit upset for the price and how difficult they make it to ship back and for me the stress wasn’t worth it.Overall it works in the shower if you position it right, but snags my hair. It was annoying, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. I feel for the price point it was way over priced and I don’t see myself buying it again. I used it 2/3 times and then just switched to putting a thick layer of Aquaphor while showered and then gently wiped the excess off. It should come with a box that is easier to store the shield in for the price I paid, I thought I’d at least get that to keep the face shield safely stored in between uses. I’ll be using it again when I touch up my eyebrows in the beginning because it does make me less stressed when using it knowing my brows will be protected.

This is a great product! Used it every day while recovering from 2 different eye surgeries. Totally protected my eyes in the shower. Definitely recommend.
