Nice Tags
I received these lock out tags pretty fast and they are what I expected. I do recommend for simple tag outs. They are rather thin so don’t expect them to last long. However, for my intended use they are great!

Lamination doesn't take grease pencil, covered fillable areas with scotch tape & wrote on the tape.
Price was good compared to similar products, but lamination is not good for grease pencil.

An important and durable safety item.
