This mobile phone is easy to use and set up. The large buttons are clear and make it so much easier to use and the sound quality is very good too. Definitely a good choice for older people and those with hearing difficulties or stiff / chunky fingers. Its not 2g this one!Its sturdy and seems well made. The docking base is fab; no messing with leads. Easy to put battery and SIM card in. SOS easy to set up and message close family instantly pressing one button! The price is great value for a decent seniors 4g phone with useful functions and it's holding charge very well so far.

A very good phone. Big buttons. Easy to use and it has a good sized screen. The speed dial is very useful. It also comes with a booklet explaining what each button can do.

Absolute garbage. Doesn’t charge in cradle and turns off constantly. My elderly mother was left unable to contact relatives because of this cheap rubbish. Returns policy from the manufacturer is only 14 day is unused. Any used items are ineligible return. Absolutely ridiculous. This cheap trash has only one place it should be- the bin. Artfone customer service is non existent. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Excellent phone. Works best with headphones. Battery life excellent. Bought for my mother whilst she was in hospital. Great value for money!!!

I bought this phone for my 92 year old father who struggles to hear and gets very confused with technology. I set it up with phone numbers of the family before I gave it to him so that it was all ready to go.However, he still struggles using the phone, mainly forgetting to hit H.Free button to turn on the loud speaker. He either forgets so he can’t hear us say turn on the loud speaker, else he hits so many other buttons first that the H.Free menu has disappeared.It’s disappointing really as I had high hopes. We will persevere trying to show dad how to use it, but I’m not holding my breath. What would have been really useful is if you could configure the phone to default to loud speaker or it had a loud speaker button that you could press. Oh well!!

Ideal size with big buttons, instructions are basic, could be more comprehensive, particularly for setting up reminders in calendar section
