I am now on the 3rd reorder of this product. After doing my own research, and weighing the pros and cons of cinnamon as a supplement I have determined that this product is cost effective and - for my own personal taste - an excellent choice for my own consumption. You have to truly enjoy cinnamon flavor to enjoy this product. I will take a stick and break pieces off to chew on instead of having a snack that is more than likely unhealthy. I grind up sticks and have a hotter flavor cinnamon to put on oatmeal or on toast. I broke down and bought a brand name small - 5 to 6 uniform sized - bottle of sticks to fill in while I am out if this brand and style. First the cost was outrageous at over $8 and it tasted nothing like cinnamon. It tasted like cinnamon dust was combined with glue. Yes glue. Not a "binding agent". White school glue.I have stopped chewing gum. I have stopped eating candy. A bonus to this is that you must drink water when you chew or suck on these. An all natural product that has added health benefits and it forces you to drink water. I personally use pellet ice for an extra crunch.I will not make claims like cinnamon has made me drop 20 pounds and lowered my A1C from over 13 down to 6.5. I cannot say that cinnamon has helped my gallbladder and pancreatic pain and my morningfasting blood sugars have dropped from the mid 200s to some mornings being double digits. I cannot say that because I am not a doctor and I am not part of any study. I can say that I do not drink as much Pepsi and I have all but cut out snacks in between meals and eat smaller portions since I started this experiment in December.As always, people are different in many ways. You may not have the same results as I do, and you may not like eating bark. Yes that is all this is is tree bark.Consult a health care provider before you change your diet or medication.

The Cinnamon sticks are good quality, well packaged and arrived on time as promised. Great value for a massive number of Cinnamon Sticks. It'll be a while before we use them all but the bucket reseals tightly so they are ready when needed.Would order this product again. Great value.

While filling my home with the wonderful aroma I make tea with the convenience of 3” sticks cinnamon and now with the resealable bucket full, I’ll expand my horizons

Used it for crafting and adds a wonderful aroma

When i opened the sealed canister, the sticks inside smell exactly like cedar, nOT even close to a hint of cinnamon aroma. I purchased them to keep the deer and rabbits out of my garden (cinnamon works, these did not). I would not even consider using them for cooking do to the cedar smell. I would not purchase this for cooking! Waste of money
