Excellent insight on the book of Galatians. Galatians is foundational for the Christian life. Keller did a great job in making the message of this book clear for the modern reader. The main message is that the Christian life is a life based on grace. The gospel is grace, and the gospel gives us boldness and confidence to live a life of love, service, and joy.

A home run by Tim Keller - 13 chapters for, a perfect “quarterly” Bible study for groups large and small. Good analysis of the text, with great questions for group discussion.

Timothy Keller is one of the most influential people in my life! His insight and dedication to values and his unceasing love for Christ Jesus has inspired me to no end! He speaks so absolutely and with total confindence about the subject of belief and truth! This is a must read for any lover of the Gospels! Understanding the Bible is so difficult on your own. So much of the original meaning and customs of the time are lost unless there is also explanation. Keller does a good job with this study, although sometimes a little wordy. I am in a small women's Bible Study where we all study the same book but with our own choice of commentary. We do not have a leader, per se and everyone contributes. i am able to contribute more than some b/c of this commentary.

In Galatians Paul affirms how essential the gospel of grace in Christ is so central to who Christ followers are and can be. In Galatians for You Tim Keller provides nuggets of gold from the text as well as an overall understanding of its incredible overarching theme.Galatians for You is a great resource for individual and group study. Besides doing a great job of mining the text for its message, there are also reflection questions along the way to provide deeper thought.I give Galatians for You 5 out of 5 stars. As this is the first book of the God's Word for You series I am eager to see upcoming volumes that look at Romans, Psalms, 1 John and even Judges

Timothy Keller has a wonderful way of putting things together. I highly recommend this book on Galatians.
