I am sceptical of a lot of products being pushed around on social media and the internet in general. However, many-many-many years ago, I had done quite a bit of research on the benefits of various mushrooms and used to implement mushroom coffee with my morning coffee. I grew tired of that odd flavoring and gave up on it for many years. Now in my 40s and often plagued with brain fog and fatigue, I kept seeing posts of various mushroom supplements and fell for the hype of a few different and horrible-tasting products. So, I figured I would do some research again and find one that encompassed all that I was looking for and that's how I found these. Then I found them on Amazon! I am not sure if it's the placebo effect, but all I know is that my fatigue barely shows up any more and my head is clear. Definitely worth a try!

I liked the mental mushrooms powder in my coffee, but prefer it even more in capsule form. It does help me feel more alert and I know that mushrooms are good for me and a food I should consume regularly, but I don't like the taste, so it's nice to take them in a way that taste is undetectable. In addition, I like that this product contains multiple types of mushroom for multiple benefits.

I've used this product off and on for a little over a year. It definitely seems to help to some degree with focus, sharpness and memory. I've recently begun taking it more consistently, twice a day. Will see if that results in larger improvements in mental parameters

I like that you can smell the fresh quality of the mushrooms and that this tablet tastes good. The are small enough to swallow, and work well for enhanced focus.

The label says it contains 45 servings of 2 capsules so I assumed 45 days worth in one bottle, but the dosage is actually suggested as 2 caps 2x a day meaning 4 caps per day which will only give you 22 days supply. Buyer beware. I personally don’t but supplements that don’t even give you a months supply. There are a lot of mushroom products out there. I’d look for better value.

I previously used the powder in my coffee. But Im not also taking tumeric And collegan so when I found the blend in capsules I was pumped.I love this blend. I feel that it helps with my mental fog primarily and that was what I was seeking.Also, many blends are junk this is the real deal!!!

Waste of money

This product works for me. It helps get rid of the brain fog. I feel a lot sharper and can think a lot clearer after taking these. I will definitely be ordering again. Price is great for what you get.
