This product is misleading. I did a test on 3 different types of water without putting my feet in the water. Tap water (house filter), the water turned blacked and bubbly in 3-5 minutes. Filtered water (LARQ) and the water turned dark brown within 3-5 minutes. The final test was Zephryhills bottled water and no color change. I chose to use the bottled water, added the required salt. Two sessions of 30 minutes and the water did NOT change color. Don't let the water you use trick you into the concept that it is cleansing.

Amazing crap comes out of the feet with this unit! I ran it once without putting my feet in and it did discolor the water a bit, but certainly much more come out with my feet in! Its doing something.

It works amazing... I was shocked the first time I used it and the color of the water afterwards

So I set it up and turned it on but did not put my feet in it to see what would happen. Even without your feet in the tub it still turns the water dark orange. So I don't know if it actually works or not.
