Does the job perfectly!
I purchased this to assist with my recent Ulna nerve entrapment. Worth the money! It’s pretty comfortable and easy to put on. Adjusting the straps is very simple. It definitely supports the arm in avoiding bending. The straps are easy to fit and adjust.I’m on the fence about the neck strap as it feels strange but the concept of it is pretty solid. As I’ve always found, there’s always the chance I will take it (or any other splint) off during the night but that’s not due to lack of comfort or anything. Likely to do with not being used to it.

Helped my cubital tunnel.
This helped me when I was pregnant and I banged my elbow and got cubital tunnel. Very good at stopping you move it and helps reduce more inflammation. Bit bulky but did the job.

Does what it says
We purchased this for a relative who’s recently had a stroke and as they’ve lost control of their right side, their elbow keeps retracting and tucks the arm onto their chest. The Doctor suggested to aid recovery, it would help to keep the arm straight for periods of the day. It’s no trouble to fit and once fitted it does keep the elbow nice and straight and not uncomfortable. I asked if there may be a splint the hospital could provide, but was told they didn’t exist. Well thanks to Sylong Health Technology and Amazon I found this. 👍 Perfect.Thank You.

Hard to get on one handed
Hard to pull it in to the right position using only one hand. Also difficult finding a comfortable sleeping position with it on, especially if you usually sleep on your side, but it does seem to be helping a bit

Perfect for ulnar neuropathy patients, if you're willing to look like robocop at night.
I have double ulnar neuropathy due to using armrest too many times at 44 years of age. I was given a diagnosis of total loss of feeling in both pinky fingers unlikely to recover but 6 months of using those at night and I'm back with 80-90% feeling back.So it works. But - at a price. You have to wear them every night, it's tight, by definition, and removes all movement flexibility if you have both arms affected, evidently. It will definitely change the way you sleep, but it will give your pinky fingers back - for me that's a small price to pay.

Skin Irritation
The material severely irritated the skin of my arm and I had to take it off so I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the device.
