Works nicely
This is a bit delicate, but works well. Nice beeper for highs and lows, so you can debug a circuit quickly. And copes with 12V also.

Great for troubleshooting vintage computers!
I got my first computer back in 1980 and build a homebrew logic probe that I have used until recently not that long after. I have started building homebrew and kit computers (around the 6502 and other vintage microprocessors) and in the process have found myself looking at logic probes as an alternative to dragging the oscilloscope around. This one works great and I'm happy I bought it. I thought the "tone" feature would drive me crazy and expected to either muffle or disconnect it, but actually it makes it easier to focus on getting the probe on the right pin instead of looking at the LEDs. Overall it makes basic troubleshooting (is there power where there should be, is the clock oscillating, are address or data pins stuck high or low, etc.) quick and easy. Would definitely recommend and now we'll see if this one lasts four decades like my original homebrew one did...

Essential tool for digital troubleshooting
Finding and fixing an issue with the digital section of any electronic device is a challenge. This is a classic tool that can help you isolate a problem. I was happy to find this readily available on Amazon for a reasonable price. There are helpful videos on YouTube that show you how to use it and troubleshoot circuits. I recommend it for anyone working with add-ons to Arduino or Raspberry Pi projects.

Works for the cost.
Works as I need it to. I went cheap buy as I don't use or need it everyday. Functions as it should. Would buy again if I lost mine.

Does exactly what you need from it.
I recently purchased this logic probe in order to fix some Neo geo and arcade boards I came across in a garage sale, toguether with my oscilloscope it has proven to be an invaluable addition to my toolkit. I was impressed by how intuitive it is to use, just hear the beeps when looking for a logic signal. The user manual is not very extensive but is clear and concise, but as a simple tool it is, it's easy even for someone with minimal technical expertise. Both plastic body and wiring are robust and should withstand daily use.The materials used in its construction are strong and no weird rubbers that may decompose, ensuring that this tool will be a reliable companion for years to come. If maintained properly, I am confident that it will last a lifetime. The tool performs exactly as advertised, delivering precise diagnostics that help in pinpointing issues with broken logic boards quickly and efficiently. It simplifies the troubleshooting process, saving valuable time and effort. Whether you're a professional technician or a hobbyist like myself I recommend you getting it.

Great probe
Seems to be a very good probe, excellent price, as advertised, and even received 3 days earlier then expected. The power cord is heavy and cumbersome, but I plan on replacing it with some lighter and more flexible multimeter test leads. When the probe tip is floating the beeper sounds like my nose hair clippers, but when it senses a pulse is has a distinct tone for high and low going pulses, even though I can not hear it very well. Well built and as good or better then my Radio Shack probe from the '80's.

Speeds up diagnosis
This tool will help speed up your probing. I really like the audio feedback for high/low.

Excellent probe , especially for the price.
I had not performed any bench repair work for years. One day a friend gives me an old space invaders console to play with, and I was hooked again. First I built my own logic probe. That's just how I'm wired. Hey! that was Punny!!! LOL. Anyway, I used it for a while, but I didn''t have a lot of faith in it. So I picked this probe up, since it had all the features I wanted and a few more. I tested the one I built against this one, and it turns out I was working just fine, other hat I needed to shield it a little more.Long story short, I was able to track down 3 EEPROMs that needs replaced and 6 chips on the board that had failed, and I no have a kick butt Space invaders console in my living room. Much to my wife's chagrin.
