Works Great, Fantastic Price
I needed this to use a digital camera from 1995 (the Minolta RD-175) which doesn't even have a screen nor does it use any kind of modern cards. So I got this to use with CompactFlash cards and it works wonderfully!!

Works perfectly with my Janome 10000
I was glad to see this worked to be able to transfer designs to my Janome 10000 machine without being connected to a computer or old reader box.

Excellent value, great for retro laptops
These are some of my go to tool for transferring files on retro laptops. For the price of an adapter you get a CF Card and adapter. I have had no issues with either the cards or adapters, using them on old Thinkpads and Powerbooks to move files.

Great for Fanuc CNC Machines
I work in a CNC Machine Shop and some of the Fanuc Controls have PCMCIA slots to store programs and Machine Specific data (Parameters). Some of this data can only be saved to a PCMCIA, not to the USB or RS232 Port. This solved our problem of not having a backup of the critical machine data.

Works great in very old laptops
I used this to transfer data to a Windows 95 tablet that didn't have any other ports or drives other than two PCMCIA card slots. These slots did not support the later PC card format, so it was great to find a compact flash card reader that worked with the original PCMCIA slots. And it was a great value to boot!
