2nd time purchasing these. I really should buy more to save switching between footwear.I bought these as I've always had flat feet but as I'm getting older, I'm experiencing more and more foot pain. These have made a big difference and I can remain on my feet a lot longer in much more comfort. Especially in work where i wear flat shoes.My feet feel more supported but not in a ridged way. It feels very natural and i forget they're actually in my shoe.The quality is good for the reasonable price. Well worth it in my opinion.

i cant walk without these in my shoes. help with the pain greatly.Felt strange at first but after using for a few days i find i cant do without them.dont expect instant cure. but helps reduce the pain. good luck

Second pair in 2 yrs ,work for my personal situation, definitely can tell difference if not fitted in work boots or trainers

I have them inside a pair of slippers that I use when sat in front of my computer. They fit my feet well. I rarely walk around with them, so can't comment on that.

Does the job and fits in all shoes as not full length

Good but when wearing boots just wary shuffling feet in.

Great for shoes that are a bit tight on the toes or bridge of foot but need arch support

Very very little support.Very soft structure and loose the arch support shape quickly. I wouldn’t recommend
