For IBS with Fibromyalgia on Low Fodmap diet
I have tried many probiotics since I was diagnosed several years ago for IBS issues related to having Fibromyalgia. I've recently started the Low Fodmap diet which is helping enormously and this specific probiotic by Optibac - Everyday Extra - is authorised as suitable for a Low Fodmap diet. I've discovered over time that many of the probiotics on the market also contain PREbiotics and some of them seem to cause additional problems for IBS sufferers rather than help the situation. I can only say that I am very happy I've found this one and from my experience of combining it with the Low Fodmap diet the results are very noticeable. I hope this helps anyone out there with this problem as it is no fun! But there is light at the end of the tunnel if my experience is anything to go by.

Bio brilliance
Always get these tablets as they have done great things for my stomach. I have lots of issues in the stomach department and these optibac tablets have helped calm my IBS, diverticulitis and colitis. I take took them for a few months and then gave them a rest , and now take them to boost the immune system for a week every now and again . They have helped me feel and look healthier. Great product and would recommend . I was recommended them by a family member going through the start of issues I had and now I have recommended them to my friends and family .

These are fantastic. I have had lifelong issues with my digestive system, which led to problems with immunity. I have been to multiple doctors throughout my life and always been given strong laxatives which led to side effects on my heart. I passed out regularly.I have been taking these for 10 days now and my lifelong health issue appears to be fixed.They did cause some discomfort at first, but I assume that's them working.

Always take after antibiotics
Antibiotics kill good gut bacteria it's important to get gut bacteria to good health by taking Optibac. Easy to swallow. Always take Optibac high strength after antibiotics.

I was going to Thailand and was determined not to get ill so I started taking these a week or so before the trip and continued until about a week after it ended. I didn’t get an iffy tummy once and got to enjoy lots of street food etc with no consequences (other than missing it very much now I’m home). Would highly recommend these for anyone going on holiday who’s worried about getting stomach upsets.
