The dimensions for the single cylinder deadbolt is Length on side of deadbolt- 2-9/16", length of front-2-1/2", depth is 1"

Will this fit a 1-1/2" diameter door hole?

Thank you for your interest in our Brinks Transitional Single Cylinder Deadbolt. The drill template provided instructs drilling a 2-1/8" hole through the door.

The key is hard to turn with this lock, is there anyway to adjust it?

Yes initially it is. You have to “train” it. So try turning it with the key with the door open until it flows. Then try locking from the inside and unlocking it from the outside and twist with your fingers instead I’d wrist until you get it. Should work

Good Price for the Quality

Fair price compared with many other bolts on the market. It's a simple bolt that does the job. Finish is good and the installation is easy. The color and finish matches our smart door lock too. Key is smooth in and out and minimum play when locking and unlocking the bolt.
