Usual TRENDNet quality
I like TRENDNet products. Generally they are reasonably priced and just work. I'm using this to power an outside bird nest box. Plug one network cable between the router and the injector, and then I have a 6m long ethernet cable going through the wall to outside plugged into what was a TRENDNet IP security camera, which I've retrofitted into a home made bird box.I've subsequently added an extension adaptor to move the box another 4m further away, and the power and quality of signal is unaffected.

Does exactly as it says and has a power switch
The cost of power injectors is ridiculous but this stood out due to price. The box is small and has an in-line power switch rather like those found on bedside lamps.I was impressed that this supports the 802.3at (25.5 watts support) certification which makes is reasonably future-proof for me as I only needed the lesser 802.3af (15.4 watts support) certification for my newly-acquired ZyXEL NWA1123-NI access point.I now have a ceiling mounted wireless access point covering the whole house powered from a downstairs room through the network cable - much easier than installing a power outlet in the loftspace or stringing a power cable from the nearest wall socket.

Reliable and works flawlessly to power a PTZ outdoor camera
Not much really I can say about this item, as I have only used it to power one device, and essentially it is 'only' a power supply! However, it has worked flawlessly for a few months to power a PTZ IP camera (constant, 24 hours a day), and when compared to another POE device I have, it is nice that the power supply for the actual POE unit itself is built into the unit - on the other device I have, the PSU for the device is seperate, which adds to the cables etc.

Well priced PoE+ injector
Well priced PoE+ injector. Bought to power Aruba 215 APs a few months ago and so far so good. Unlike the Dlinks on here, they take a regular C13 'kettle lead' not a transformer so no problems with non U.K. plugs as personally experienced.

Does what it says.
The product does what it says. I use this with an IP desk phone without issue. Would be five stars if they paid a little attention to design and the size!

Used to power a POE CCTV camera
Used to power a Swann poe cctv camera that I wanted to setup in a remote location. As I could not connect it to the nvr box I used this to power the camera and sent the signal over wifi.

Great replacement for the Cisco Meraki PoE injectors
We purchase these instead of the Cisco Meraki PoE injectors as they are a fraction of the cost. We’ve not had any break on us yet!
