Really slick looking product, charges my mac and allows for dual monitors. Note for mac users, you will need to install displaylink (this is a display lonk enabled dock!) to benefit from dual screen (why i bought this dock as a mac users!). windows machines will work out of the box

This dock works amazing with my XPS 13 laptop. Requires a bit of a wait first-time for various software to install automatically (on Windows 10), but after that it's a simply plug-and-play. It runs up to three screens easily and a fair few USB devices like a mouse/keyboard/phone-charger through a single cable.

It took some effort, but now the docking port works just fine.I use this with my XPS 13 9360 with Ubuntu 18.04 installed. I have two HP monitors running through the DisplayPorts. The first problem I had to solve was that I needed to install the DisplayLink drivers for Ubuntu. That wasn't too difficult, and once I did the monitors lit up. Unfortunately it seems like the DisplayLink drivers take up a notable amount of my CPU resources.Then I had a problem with the monitors randomly disconnecting every hour or so. The solution was to turn off audio suspend. Comment out the line "load-module module-suspend-on-idle" in the file /etc/pulse/default.pa and the problem stopped.Everything else works exactly as it should.

Bought this as I've tried the cheaper alternative many times. I've only had it about a month but it seems to perform better than any of the alternatives, but then its probably 40% more expensive. But it nice to spend a little extra and genuinely get a better product, this seems a rare occurance nowadays.

The only reason I gave this product one star was so that I could review it and help other customers to make a better decision and leave this piece of junk alone.This device was purchased from the Amazon UK store, as many have said it did not have a UK power cable, I had to use an adaptor. On booting the system with a laptop, only the HDMI port worked once initially, nothing else seemed to work, the two display ports were not recognised. After a reboot none of the ports worked on the device. As others have pointed out, I found the build quality to be low, in particular the USB A and C connections were liable to fall out of a laptop quite regularly, it also did not seem to power the laptop which is a dell laptop. Overall this one is going back, and I would recommend anyone looking for these type devices, keep away from this one as it is junk!.

Great product, made connecting my Lenovo X1 to dual Dell screens, blue-tooth key board and mouse a doddle! Great customer support. Would buy from here again.

I bought this to run 2 monitors from my M1 MacBook Pro, and if you don't want to read all this I will tell you right now that this is your solution. Package arrived Next day! feels like quality, looks goos, works flawlessly and all that. But here are some specs that I searched for for hours and couldn't find. In short, this dock it limited to what your monitors are capable of doing. On acer, MSI, and Samsung monitors this dock would run the max hz on all of them (up to 175hz running simultaneously on two monitors through DisplayPort) and It is flawless. I have every port on the dock filled and actively running things, on-top of delivering a GOOD charge to my laptop. Limits have been tested, but anything I do is just easy work for the D6000. Lag is non existent, and I have yet to see any bugs or glitches. The data transfer is quick, ethernet if fast, USB ports deliver a good charge to whatever you need. I am genuinely impressed and just blown away by the performance this little guy can deliver, ontop of being small, looking sleek, and taking up next to no space.(some super minor and rare glitches were noticed when running dual monitors ONLY without the DisplayLink driver installed, but even then they were so incredibly minuscule that the driver is almost not even necessary)
