I didn't notice any taste, but they have a very slight, pleasant odour. I would always prefer to follow the conventional advice to get my vitamins, minerals etc. from food rather than supplements. BUT most of the foods listed as high in quercetin are on the banned list for someone like me trying to keep my carbs down to 20 g a day. After I have struck out citrus fruits, apples, onions, red wine, black grapes, cherries and blueberries, I am left with olive oil, tea and blackberries. And not too many of those last.Seduced by the description of quercetin as a powerful anti-aging substance, I have succumbed to yet another supplement. At least I feel I can trust Charava when they claim their capsules are totally free of nasties. The current price of £19.99 for 30 "servings" seems to me rather steep, but true to my principle that more is not always better (and true to my natural parsimony) I plan to eke out my 60 capsules over 60 days.

If you know the benefits of Quercetin then you know it's value already. Very pleased with this bottle of high strength (500mg) Quercetin. The bottle arrived nicely boxed and well packed. The capsule size is a bit too big for my liking. There are 60 vegan friendly capsules (30 days supply) and these are odour free which is great. I have not noticed anything obvious after a week's use but fairly hopeful, given how beneficial Quercetin is, to notice an overall improvement later down the line. So far, satisfied with these capsules and will continue to take them daily.

They're a little on the large size but I didn't have any issues swallowing them. You take 2 a day and there are 30 days supply. This is just what I needed to boost my immune system over the winter months.

The capsules are odorless and with a very faint taste, a tad big but many of these supplements are this size. Not too difficult to swallow with plenty of water. A tad pricy for a 30 day supply, but since they are manufactured by a UK company and 3rd party tested, it does provide some reassurance. Good to add to your vitamins and minerals regime, especially if you cannot eat the foods that provide Quercetin naturally.
