DELICIOUS AND EASY
These are easy to make, cook, and eat. They are genuine Potato Pancakes--not the stodgy thick potato cakes which are mislabelled as 'latkes'. The sealed packets ensure long life and the result is totally delicious. These used to be sold in most big London supermarkets but now are hard to find, but worth the effort and price!

BEWARE - this is one box, not two
These cost £3.49 in store. I bought this thinking it was two boxes. I’ve now paid 100% more than I needed to. Buyer beware at all times.

A good latka mix
This is a good latka mix. Not as good, in our opinion, as Panni (Pfanni) which was the very best and has sadly been discontinued, or even Manischewitz, but perfectly good. We always grate a fresh raw potato into the mix to give it texture. We have some special needs- several family members have gluten intolerance and so we can't use any mix that contains wheat flour. I usually buy mixes clearly designated as gluten free, but could not get any in the required time frame. Telma does not contain wheat flour, although it is not certified gluten free, so I tried it. It was just fine and I would not hesitate to buy it again.
