I weigh 158 that’s 3 pounds this is just with one day using it drank the pill like around 10 and night by 8 in the morning I was in the bathroom went two times then again like around 1pm the more water you drink the more time is you go to the bathroom it doesn’t make you go to the bathroom like crazy but the more water you drink the more times you will visit the bathroom. I really recommend this. It does clean you.

Now you gonna need to be by a bathroom bc when it comes it comes. I have dropped 2 pounds already on day 2 and I been taking 2 at a time. I can breathe better so far I been pooping 4xs those two days the first poop is easy but the next few have me scratching my chest from the burning sensation so don’t eat nothing spicy. I also noticed my headaches don’t come as often and I been seeing parasites. The down side is the time I poop I was hoping to do it at night but it’s been happening in the morning up until 9 am but I also have an umbilical hernia so that may be the case.

I love this product it really works. I take one pill at night during the week and 2 on the weekend for a good cleanse. Better than Mag 07. Make sure and buy this one and not the offerings for better results

Okay so I made the mistake of taking two capsules on the first night (please do not do that) Start With One Please, I'm writing this review from my toilet and the time is 5:01 am I Took two capsules around 9pm not even 8 hours later I'm awaken because I thought I heard my dryer on with shoes in them nope it was my stomach boy oh boy the bubbling and growling along with mild cramping and immediately after I sat up the cramps intensified I got up when to the bathroom and started to feel nauseous sat on the toilet and boom the biggest explosion ever I have chills and sweats it's feels like someone is performing an excorcism on my geez I'm not doing this again it works but it works a little to well.proceed with caution!!!!

I lost 20+ lbs. with this along with dieting and alot of water intake. Cut out fast food sugary drinks bread and little exercise and you will see the results went from 209 to 185. Take before you sleep and you will wake up with a little bit of cramping but it won't last throughout the whole day. After 3 days your body will adjust. 1 pill is good enough just listen to your body.

I started off with 1 capsule. I intended to take daily, but stomach cramps were too uncomfortable so I ended up doing every other day. I did not finish bottle as I switched to another product that offers detox and Chlorophyll benefits. Back to the review, I was taking it at bedtime before 8pm so the cramps could finish before my work day next morning. I had a BM atleast twice in 1 day. For me that was improvement as I was only going once every few days. My body may could have went more if I took the recommended dose every day, but again cramps not worth it.

Ima give this product a 4 because it does work but I just don't like the pain it gives you in your tummy hurts really bad.
